"I’ve been dining at HAPPY at least once a week for the last two months. It’s my go-to place for lunch (and occasionally dinner) while living in Asakusa/Sumida. The food is delicious, plentiful, and a great value. Lots of of favorites to choose from, as well as rotating daily specials. The owners are very friendly, especially to this tourist!
